Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Returns

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

However, please kindly note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@mincino.com for more information.

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.


Note: Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.


IMPORTANT: All of the return items/packages without our acknowledgement will not be acceptable. We will not be able to offer any refund.
To complete the return request, there will be required actions below:
- All of the receipts or proof of purchase need to be available.
- Contact our Customer Support team on support@mincino.com to notify us about your return request contact us. A specific return address will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1 - 3 days since we confirmed the amount of refund.

And a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.

If within 7 days time period, you do not receive refunds which was approved, please contact us here and we will help you to resolve any problem.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

The order may be canceled for a full refund if the package has not been shipped out yet. No cancellation fee applies.

Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mincino.com.
Important note: pursuant to business plan, we maybe limit quantities of product selling on Website, so it will affect to your requirement for asking a similarly replaced item. In case we do not have a such item, we shall have the right to refuse your request and offer you a refund or a differently replaced item.
